Message from the Mattawa Historical Society
As the new chairperson of the Mattawa Historical Society, I am so proud of the Museum’s accomplishments over the past few years.
Our team members have worked diligently to bring new exhibits to the Museum, focusing on celebrating those who have made significant contributions to our community — Dr. Saint-Firmin Monestime and The Women of Mattawa (with the most recent exhibit “The Stories She Tells…”
We are also working to connect with the community with programs like The Escape Room and the Virtual Arcade and to improve our environment with new accessibility initiatives.
Keeping our Mattawa Museum vibrant and continuing to progress would not possible without the generous support of our patrons and the donations they provide.
We are once again asking for your support to help this organization’s continued growth and development. This can be done by contributing to our fund-raising initiatives by purchasing our Country Home Candles, buying tickets for our new 50/50 draw, or becoming a member of the Museum.
