Mattawa Museum Opening on Saturday, July 17th

We are so very excited to welcome you all back – it’s been a long journey for all of us!

It’s wonderful to say – the Mattawa Museum will be open for visitors on Saturday morning, July 17th at 9:30 am.

We have new exhibits for you to see, some interactive exhibits and some great draws for fun prizes!

Quilt raffle tickets will be available AND you will actually be able to see this gorgeous quilt on display.

Come meet our new Summer Team – Mia, Amy and Graeme.

On Sunday, we will be part of the Vendor’s Market on Explorer’s Point. Join Mia and Amy for rock painting and a special handprint project – under the Big Top at Explorer’s Point from 9 am until 1 pm. Museum hours on Sunday will be 9:30 – 4:30, so come to the market and visit the Museum.

If you have any questions, contact us.

Step 3 COVID protocols – 25% capacity (20 people in the museum at one time), masks must be worn indoors. Social distancing must be observed. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the museum. Contact tracing sign in sheet will be at the admissions desk.

Thank you for helping keep all of us safe.
